Wayne Arnold has built log homes since 1984 in southern Colorado. Wayne has had clients from Holland and all over US. Excellent is our motto. Our trade name is W.R. Log Home Builders, and still building in the present time. We also do log home restoration and maintenance.

When deciding to build your log home, there is a large number of things we can help you with and we always make sure that you property is built above Building Code. We even offer to show you several log homes that we have built to provide ideas for your home and to ensure your confidence in our craftsmanship.

• We will look over the area where the home owner plans to build and make suggestions about the roads into the area and building site.
• We will help on your blue prints of your plans and will help you getting all the necessary permits.
• Footer and foundation will be engineered for liability purposes and we can install your water cisterns.
• We can cut log kits or custom log home hand fitted and it will be done to your satisfaction.
• We can do rock foundation or side with logs as well.
